He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, steadily advancing towards a coveted Black Belt certification from IQF. This strategic expertise amplifies training methodologies and adds a dynamic edge to the approach, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all endeavors.

Furthermore, Michael Nirmal holds a certification in Training and Facilitation, cementing the ability to curate engaging and impactful learning experiences.
